Black Raspberry Thunder by Kawartha Dairy
It’s been five long years …
Before, you know, BEFORE, before the Pandemic, we used to go to Kawartha Dairy reasonably often over the summer, in various locations.
Uxbridge was one handy location, a nice ride out from the GTA into rolling countryside and wide green views. If we were feeling adventurous, we’d go up to Bancroft, a couple of hours north of the city, to the place it all started (for us):
A small Black Raspberry Thunder. White chocolate morsels with a ripple of raspberry syrup through the best vanilla ice cream. It was an instant fave, thereafter my go-to flavour.
